These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bn008 platform. By registering an account or placing any bet or wager on bn008, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document.

18+ Age Requirement

bn008 is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market. Age verification is mandatory before withdrawals are processed.

BDT-Only Transactions

All deposits, balances, bets, and withdrawals on bn008 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers.

Bonus Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal. Failure to meet requirements results in forfeiture of bonus and any derived winnings.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted one registered account on bn008. Operating multiple accounts — whether personally or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bn008 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to adequately protect their login credentials.

Right to Void Bets

bn008 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event with an obvious pricing mistake, or placed in a manner that constitutes abuse of platform systems. Affected players will be notified and stakes refunded where applicable.

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and bn008 (the "Platform", "Operator", or "We"), the entity operating the online casino and sportsbook available at https://bn008.net. Please read this Agreement carefully in its entirety before using any service offered by bn008.

By completing the registration process, accessing any part of the bn008 platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that:

You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
You are at least 18 years of age;
You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only;
You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity;
You accept all provisions of this Agreement without reservation.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of this document shall be the authoritative reference.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bn008 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. bn008 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, play, or place bets under any circumstances.
Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
Personal use: You must be registering and playing for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
Not self-excluded: You must not have previously self-excluded from bn008 or requested permanent account closure. Attempting to re-register after self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.

Age Verification

bn008 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling seriously. Age verification is required before any withdrawal request is processed and may be triggered at any point during the account lifecycle at bn008's sole discretion. Acceptable documents for age verification include:

National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission;
Valid passport;
Bangladesh driving licence (with date of birth visible).

Where age verification cannot be completed to the satisfaction of bn008, the account will be suspended pending resolution. Any funds deposited during the suspension period will be returned to the original payment method upon confirmation that the player is of legal age. If a player is found to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned net of any bonuses claimed.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services offered by bn008 — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, and participation in betting markets and casino games — you must complete the registration process and maintain a verified account in good standing.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

Your full legal name (as it appears on your national identity documents);
A valid, personal email address that you own and control;
Your date of birth;
Your mobile number registered in Bangladesh;
Your preferred BDT payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer).

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held at the time of discovery.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on bn008. This restriction applies per person, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Opening or attempting to open a second account — whether under the same or a different identity — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms. bn008 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

KYC and Identity Verification

bn008 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with responsible platform standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point:

Proof of identity: NID card, passport, or driving licence;
Proof of address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days, showing your name and address in Bangladesh;
Proof of payment method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by bn008 support will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

          Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your bn008 account. Never share your password or one-time verification codes with any third party, including persons claiming to represent bn008 support. bn008 staff will never ask for your password.
        

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bn008 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no multi-currency accounts, no USD base balances, and no conversion fees applied to player funds.

Accepted Payment Methods

bn008 currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay;
Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other participating Bangladeshi banks.

The payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the limits and verification requirements of each provider. bn008 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the player's own name.

Deposit Terms

Minimum deposit: ৳500;
Deposits are credited to the player's bn008 balance upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider;
bn008 does not charge deposit fees, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges;
Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited — contact support immediately if a deposit was made in error.

Withdrawal Terms

Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000;
Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification;
Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days. VIP Gold and Platinum account holders receive priority processing;
Bonus funds must meet their stated wagering requirements before the derived balance becomes withdrawable;
bn008 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000;
Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as the bn008 player account.

Player Fund Safety: Player funds held on the bn008 platform are maintained separately from the operator's operational accounts. Your deposited balance is ring-fenced and will not be used for operational purposes. In the event of account closure, your balance will be returned via your registered payment method within 5 business days.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotional Terms

bn008 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and VIP programme rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and identity verification;
Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per payment method, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first; bonus funds are applied once the real-money balance is exhausted;
Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or applied to another player's account;
bn008 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 25x, 30x, 35x) is stated on each individual promotion page. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means ৳30,000 in total qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute between 10% and 50%; sports bets contribute according to the odds and stake conditions stated in the promotion;
Bets placed on markets with odds below the minimum threshold stated in the promotion terms do not contribute to wagering requirements;
If a player withdraws funds before satisfying wagering requirements, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

VIP Programme

The bn008 VIP programme operates across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Tier status is calculated based on cumulative real-money wagering activity over a rolling 30-day period. Tier benefits — including withdrawal speed, reload bonus rates, and account manager access — are reviewed monthly. bn008 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits, and tier-down conditions at its discretion with notice provided to affected players.

          Bonus Abuse Policy: bn008 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting obvious pricing errors, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a risk-free outcome, and systematically withdrawing after meeting minimum wagering requirements across multiple promotion cycles. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will be subject to bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and permanent platform exclusion.
        

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the bn008 platform, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and all other products available through the platform.

Sports Betting

All bets are accepted subject to the applicable market rules for the relevant sport and event type. Cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sport-specific rules are published within the sportsbook interface;
Bets are confirmed only when a bet reference number is generated and the stake is deducted from the player's balance. A bet is not confirmed by the mere act of selecting a market or entering a stake amount;
In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief delay during processing. bn008 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time at its discretion;
In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the rules applicable to the specific market type and competition;
Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) will result in bets being voided and stakes returned. bn008 defines a palpable error as any price that differs materially from the true market price due to a technical or human error in the odds compilation process.

Casino Games

All RNG-based casino games (slots, virtual table games) use certified random number generators supplied by the respective game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Play'n GO. bn008 does not modify game outcomes;
Live dealer games are operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi under their respective studio rules. Any disputes regarding live game outcomes are referred to the studio provider for resolution;
In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the game will be resolved according to the session state recorded on the server at the time of disconnection. bn008 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side;
Malfunction of any game voids all pays and play for that round. Stakes for affected rounds will be refunded.

Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all markets and games. Limits vary by game type, market, VIP tier, and current promotional status. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. bn008 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits at any time.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bn008 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in permanent exclusion from the platform.

Underage access: Attempting to access or use the platform while under 18 years of age;
Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or through a proxy;
Identity fraud: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, or using stolen or unauthorised payment details;
Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including at live dealer tables;
Chip dumping: Deliberately losing chips or funds to another account, whether in poker or any other applicable game format;
Arbitrage betting: Systematically placing opposing bets on the same event across different accounts or platforms in a manner designed to guarantee a risk-free profit at the expense of bn008;
Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other tool designed to interact with the bn008 platform in a manner not intended for human use;
Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute with a payment provider while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation;
Money laundering: Using the bn008 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering or financial crime activity. bn008 will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in any such investigation.

          Anti-Fraud Monitoring: bn008 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity continuously. Unusual patterns — including sudden changes in bet size, irregular withdrawal frequency, or device/IP anomalies — may trigger a review. Players under review may experience temporary delays in withdrawals while the investigation is ongoing.
        

Section 8

Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure

Any registered player may request the closure of their bn008 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bn008 will:

Cease accepting deposits and bets from the account with immediate effect;
Process any pending withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days;
Forfeit any bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirements at the time of closure;
Retain account records for the period required by applicable data retention policies (see the Privacy Policy for details).

Operator-Initiated Suspension

bn008 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion or confirmed evidence of:

Any prohibited conduct listed in Section 7 of these Terms;
Provision of false identity or payment information during registration or KYC;
Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
Ongoing bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of platform promotions;
Any activity that bn008 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion is a responsible gaming tool that permanently closes your account and prevents re-registration using the same identity details. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and bn008, the player is encouraged to contact support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be escalated through bn008's internal complaints procedure. bn008 will respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
